The grid view in Physician Portal is now shipped with two more columns: Referring doctor and Referring facility:
Let us remind you that the default view mode in Physician Portal is the tile view. If you would like to switch to the grid view, click Preferences (in the upper-right corner of the portal), and then select View → Grid view in the drop-down menu:
