EMSOW feature release

What makes EMSOW special? The answer is – integration! The platform can work seamlessly with any EMR/EHR system that supports the HL7 protocol. You can receive requests for appointments via ORM messages, billing requests via DFT, and send lab/radiology results via ORU automatically – no matter which EMR your client uses.

[#22081] Improved default settings in the HL7 requests module

In previous versions, the system displayed all the HL7 requests upon opening the HL7 Requests module. This took time and occasionally caused slowdowns. We have changed this default setting.  Now, upon clicking on the HL7 Requests button, EMSOW displays the information for the current date only.
TIP: To search HL7 requests by any parameter and in one click, use search filters in the Options panel.

[#22210] Process multiple messages at once in HL7 Requests

EMSOW runs a series of tests when it receives an HL7 message, e.g., it checks if the referring facility from the message matches your database records. In case of any inconsistency, the message remains in the Pending or Failure status. To make it easier for you to handle such issues, we added support for processing multiple messages at once. Now, if you found an issue and corrected it, you can select more than one message and click Process (Auto) to quickly turn the received messages into EMSOW service records.
