[#23254] Ability to add claim notes

With the latest update, you can add a short note to an electronic claim. To do this, hover your mouse over the claim transaction and click this button:

Then enter the desired note in the window that pop-ups:

The note will appear in Loop 2400 of the electronic claim and in Box 19 of the HCFA-1500 form as well.
