Easily track your medical records with EMSOW! The Medical Record module is designed to simplify access to report information and streamline your workflow.

📦 How to use Reporting Delivery Tracking:

1️⃣ Go to Medical Record > Reporting Delivery Tracking

2️⃣ Select the desired date range

3️⃣ Click Search

Now you can:

• View the delivery status of reports.
• Resend failed reports or resend all.
• Confirm or unconfirm report deliveries.
• Cancel or remove selected reports.
• Click Export to download the delivery report.
