This week’s EMSOW Pro Tip is all about simplifying your access to essential reports. In the Reports Module, you can now easily track, manage, and download two of your most important reports:

🔹 Monthly Reconciliation Report

🔹 End of Month Report

How It Works:

To run either report, simply go to:
Billing → Billing → Report → choose Monthly Reconciliation Report or End of Month Report

📥 Once generated, you’ll:

✔ Receive a push notification with a download link

✔ Get an email with the file link (if your contact email is set)

✔ Be able to download it from the new Reports Module, where files remain available for one month

✅ Ready-to-download files are marked with a green dot and highlighted in gray

📎 Click the file name to download

🌟 Want to keep it handy? Click the green dot to pin the report

This feature helps you stay organized and ensures you never miss a critical download.
